James Q. Morley
President
James Q. Morley, president of Morley and Associates since its founding in 1976, is responsible for overseeing companywide engineering, surveying, and architecture. His wide background in community planning, residential and commercial developments, transportation, hydrology, construction, and forensics provide a cohesive bond for the various disciplines and specialties within the firm. He is a licensed professional engineer in 8 states and a licensed professional land surveyor in 4 states. Mr. Morley was selected as the 2002 Indiana Civil Engineer of the Year by the Indiana Section, American Society of Civil Engineers.
Danny K. Leek
Vice President
Danny K. Leek, vice president of Morley and Associates and one of the co-founders in 1976, is responsible for the land surveying operations of the company. Mr. Leek is well known for his expertise in land title surveys. He has guided the company to the dominant roll in residential and commercial subdivisions with over 70% of the total new lots recorded in the Evansville area. Mr. Leek is a licensed professional land surveyor in 6 states.
Lee A. McClellan
Vice President
Lee A. McClellan, Vice President and one of the co-founders in 1976, is responsible for the Henderson, Kentucky, office of Morley and Associates, Inc. His attention to details, accuracy and documentation has been a guiding light for the company through the years. His specialties include flood control works, site development, permitting, and government relations. Mr. McClellan is a registered professional engineer in 2 states.
James E. Morley
Corporate Secretary / Department Manager
James E. Morley, corporate secretary, joined the company in 1995. His responsibilities include contract negotiations, permitting, construction supervising, and project management. He is a licensed Civil Engineer in 4 states and a licensed Land Surveyor in Indiana.
